Urban Eco Waratah Toner

The Saem Energizing Toner based on waratah extract is specially formulated for the dull, aging skin prone to wrinkles and flaking. The toner has an unusual two-phase composition: the lower layer is an essence that perfectly moisturizes the dry skin, the upper layer is a ceramide complex that has a creamy texture and restores the damaged skin.
